That is the American Contract Bridge League's (ACBL) way of measuring competitive achievement in tournaments and bridge clubs.

ACBL's top tournament levels are designated as Regional and National.  50 of the 300 masterpoints required to be a Life Master must be won at one of these two levels.

Since the first Life Master was named 65 years ago, the rank and honor has been continually sought after by hundreds of thousands of bridge players.  The announcement of our Adobe Bridge Club player's achievement will be posted here at the end of each month.
